The erg port plug is drilled for a LS3 map sensor and this was what I used - the original to hole but not included as am using it on LS7. Manifold was ported by Wilson Manifolds and used on a SCCA autocross car for 2 seasons with LS6 until installing LS7 in. Used FAST LSX 92 intake Manifold for cathedral port LS1/2/6 engines.
