There are no cracks or signs of previous repair. See also 1969, 1970, 69, 70, Boss 302 Mustang and Cougar info for reference. I included close up photos of both. Typical minor pitting near coolant passages as shown in photographs, which also show Horthy ports are they appear 'gasket matched' but I currently do not have a gasket set around to verify.

The mounting flange for the thermostat housing looks good, but lower hole threads are damaged, as carb stud over cylinder 7 runner. This intake has been ported. 1969, 1970 Boss 302 intake manifold, cast 'C9ZE9424-E', dated 5/12/69.
